Tech Assistance for NPOs
NonProfit Tech is an organization that helps nonprofit organizations with:
- Technology planning
- Web site assistance and design
- Ongoing technical support
How We Help
We offer information technology planning and support for non-profits and community organizations. For instance, we train volunteers and staff to maintain web sites. We are familiar with commercial software such as Dreamweaver as well as open source software like WordPress and Joomla content management systems.
NonProfit Tech can help with the maintenance and simple alteration of existing websites. We also partner with local web design companies for producing new web sites.
As our contacts within the local IT community increase, we try to match interested "techies" capable of such tasks with organizations that need technical support.
Our services (excluding web site design) are offered on a non-fee, primarily voluntary basis. However, we do accept payment for projects that fall within the scope of grants obtained by our client organizations.
